Specialization

Personal
I am an Ann Arbor, Michigan area native who followed my retired parents to Lake Havasu City over 18 years ago, leaving a successful career in real estate to stay here and help with my aging father's declining health. My real estate business soon flourished here in Lake Havasu City, and I love this place so much that, now, I could never live anywhere else. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church, cars, boats and sports. Even as a boy, I was a salesman, growing vegetables and strawberries in my own garden to sell to the neighborhood so I could have some spending money. My business skills and responsible "work ethic" helped me to buy my first boat and motorcycle. My determination to be good at what I do has compelled me to get extra education and to carefully preserve a reputation for knowledgeable, friendly, and honest dealings with people. I am happy to say that much of my current business is referral business from well-satisfied clients. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and staying physically fit with my sister/brother whippets (dogs who look like smaller greyhounds and run over 34 miles per hour). I also have my HAM radio license and enjoy time I can spend with members of our local HAM radio club. I love helping people and passing on the benefits of my knowledge and experience to others to help them succeed with what are often the largest financial transactions of their lives—the buying and selling of real estate. I am always a top real estate agent and have a reputation for always protecting the best interest of my client.
